Talent & Employment·Class of 2024

JobzMall won the first UX100 talent and employment award

UX100 · 9 December 2024

JobzMall leads talent and employment for 2024. The résumé was the category’s interface, and JobzMall published a different one: the person, on camera.

The database was the default

Hiring products in the first UX100 class were filters on documents. JobzMall makes the recording the profile. Employers watch. Candidates are present before a keyword ranks them. The 2024 award is for that substitution.

The surrounding UI stays simple so the human is what you remember. That quiet is part of the win.

Mobile, because that is where you record

A talent product that assumes a desktop upload has not understood its own medium. JobzMall’s path is the phone, where the video happens. The interface is built for that capture, not for a scanned CV with a play button added.

What the 2024 award named

A hiring interface whose main object is a person speaking, recorded where people actually record, with the rest of the screen kept quiet. The résumé can still exist. It is no longer the thing you meet.

Questions about this award

When did JobzMall first win UX100?

In 2024, for talent and employment. The same product leads the category in 2025 and 2026, with a separate journal article each year.

What replaced the résumé in the award?

A video profile. UX100 recognized an interface where an employer meets a candidate on camera before a document does the talking.
