Cyber Security·Class of 2024
Cloudflare won the first UX100 cyber security award
UX100 · 9 December 2024
Cloudflare leads cyber security for 2024. This is the first of three essays. The award is for a panel where speed, protection, and the site itself are one grammar.
Security UX usually starts at the alert
The category’s ordinary product is a list of threats and a PDF. Cloudflare’s 2024 interface starts from the thing you are trying to keep online. DNS, performance, and protection sit where an operator already works. The award is for that arrangement.
Trust, here, is something you configure, not a badge.
One grammar for several layers
A team should not relearn a vendor when the incident moves from a certificate to a spike in traffic. Cloudflare’s screens share a grammar. That is why the first class published it, and why 2025 and 2026 looked again and kept it.
Read the later years as later decisions
The 2025 essay is the second look. The 2026 essay is the third. JobzMall is the only other product with a blog piece in every class. Do not treat those pieces as one article split apart.
