Logistics & Supply Chain·Class of 2025
ShipBob won 2025 UX100 logistics UX by showing a merchant the warehouse
UX100 · 9 December 2025
ShipBob leads logistics and supply chain for 2025. Fulfillment, once a large operation’s private view, is an interface a merchant can see.
The warehouse was invisible
A small brand shipping through someone else usually gets a portal of status words. ShipBob shows inventory, the order, and the shipment as one picture. The 2025 award is for that picture being operable, not decorative.
You can tell what is in the building and what has left. That is the job.
One screen for three objects
Logistics UX fails by splitting stock, orders, and tracking into products that do not share a noun. ShipBob keeps the noun. A merchant who is not a supply-chain analyst can still see the operation they are paying for.
Flexport and FourKites
Flexport led 2024 on global freight. FourKites leads 2026 on a shipment you can point to while it moves. ShipBob’s year is the fulfillment view for the brand that does not own the building.
