Logistics & Supply Chain·Class of 2024

Flexport won 2024 UX100 logistics UX by making freight operable

UX100 · 9 December 2024

Flexport leads logistics and supply chain for 2024. A shipment across borders is an object on a screen a team shares, which is the category’s first standard.

Email was the tracking system

International freight lived in threads and PDFs. Flexport’s 2024 interface gives the shipment a place: status, documents, the people who need them. The award is for that shared object.

Visibility, here, means an operator can act, not a map for its own sake.

A team, not a tracking link

A public tracking page is not logistics UX. Flexport is the tool the company runs. UX100 published it as the opening leader because global freight had so few interfaces a non-specialist team could enter.

ShipBob and FourKites

ShipBob led 2025 with a merchant’s warehouse view. FourKites leads 2026 with a live position designed around the exception. Flexport’s year is the cross-border shipment as an operable system.
