Healthcare·Class of 2025
Maven Clinic won the 2025 UX100 healthcare award
UX100 · 9 December 2025
Maven Clinic leads healthcare UX for 2025. The product is organized around a life event and a clinician, not around an insurance code a member is expected to already know.
A front door for care people postpone
Employer health benefits often exist as a PDF and a phone tree. Maven turns the benefit into a service with a first step a person can name: fertility, pregnancy, parenting, menopause. The 2025 award is for that entrance.
The interface names the next step and keeps the clinical detail behind it. A member should not have to learn the billing vocabulary to ask for help.
The same care on a phone and a desk
A need, a specialist, and the thread of that care stay one object. Maven does not split the “real” record into a portal the phone cannot open. That continuity is what makes a family-health benefit usable rather than theoretical.
The healthcare class around it
Hims leads the category in 2026. Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company led it in 2024 by publishing the price of a medicine. Maven’s 2025 year is the clinic built around a person’s life, not a formulary.
